Material load and and Route Set-up

Assist with unloading items from U-Haul, setting up tents and tables, laying out materials, and making the parade look spectacular!

Tent Crew - Light Distribution

Volunteers will be in tents assisting in handing out freebies, and additional items pre-ride and post-ride. Volunteers will also provide tent support and supervision while the ride is taking place.

Volunteers will be in tents sharing information about our organization and assisting with membership recruitment pre-ride and post-ride. Volunteers will also provide tent support and supervision while the ride is taking place. **You must be a trained Bicycle Ambassador to sign up for this role**.

Bike Parade Route Guides

Volunteers will be standing along ride route, guiding riders along the route and helping manage the crowd.

Clean-up and Load-out

Volunteers will help us put away materials (freebies, membership items, etc), take down tents/tables, and load materials into U-haul.
